Baghdad Suicide Bomb Kills 16 People


At least 16 people have been killed after a suicide bomber detonated a car bomb outside a police academy in the Iraqi capital. Police say the bomber targeted a crowd of police recruits who were leaving their academy compound in eastern Baghdad. At least 26 people were also injured.
