Dun Laoghaire Rathdown county council has confirmed that restrictions on Planning applications in the Sandyford Business Estates area over foul drainage have been lifted.In a statement today the council says the previous restriction on development is now gone, opening the way for the possibility of further commercial development in the estate. However the council says planning applications have been and will continue to be assessed under the relevant planning legislation.The statement follows comments by the county manager on Monday in which he indicated that a relaxation on planning restrictions for the area would be implemented immediately.
